Inclusion & Belonging Sticker

Tasked with creating a Milken-branded “safe space” sticker, I focused on developing a design and message that would resonate across our diverse community while aligning with the school’s values. I centered the design around the idea that every individual is unique and deserving of respect.

The final concept features a thumbprint graphic, symbolizing individuality and identity, paired with inclusive language that encourages belonging and empowerment. Visually, the sticker subtly reflects Milken’s brand aesthetic without overt labeling, allowing it to stand on its own across a variety of environments.
